CEO & Founder
Hi, I’m Jesus Ibanez, a CTO and senior technology leader with over 20 years of experience in software development, architecture, and leadership.
I’ve held executive and senior leadership roles in multinational companies, including serving as the CTO of a Swiss company - LittleBig Connection, part of Mantu Group with over 11,000 employees. Throughout my career, I have led engineering teams, scaled technology solutions, and driven innovation across diverse industries.
I have worked across startups - like Modula4 - and enterprises - like TATA Consultancy Services, Cosentino, and Derivco -, gaining a deep understanding of technology evolution. Through these companies, I worked on high-impact projects for globally recognized clients, including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, NASA, Disney, and Stanford University.
Beyond leadership, I’ve been deeply involved in cutting-edge technologies. In 2011, I specialized in AI and worked as an AI researcher at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, developing a statistics-based translation system for CA Technologies.
My career has taken me to multiple countries, exposing me to diverse technical and business challenges, from complex software architectures to AI-driven solutions and enterprise-scale transformations. These experiences have shaped my pragmatic, results-oriented approach to building high-performing teams, optimizing development processes, and designing scalable, efficient systems that drive business success.
My academic background includes a Master’s in Software Engineering from Universidad Internacional de la Rioja, and a Bachelor’s in Informatics from Universidad de la Empresa.
Active entrepreneur
In 2019, I designed an algorithm for advanced audience targeting and optimal digital marketing campaign performance, that was recognized by RTVE and Facebook as a leading innovation.
In 2020, we launched Abba with my wife, pioneering the creation of four nature-integrated smart homes. We implemented advanced automation, seamlessly controlling everything from garden irrigation to security systems.
Driven by a shared passion for creative problem-solving, my wife and I co-founded a unique gastronomic center in 2015, blending bespoke technology with immersive culinary experiences and significant social impact. The project's success, evidenced by four years of widespread media coverage in Spain, showcases our ability to collaboratively develop and scale innovative concepts.
